A benefit for the SMUD Museum of Science & Curiosity in Sacramento. The event's proceeds will benefit the MoSAC Scholarship Fund and the Museum for All programs. These vital initiatives ensure that underprivileged individuals, students from Title One schools, and members of marginalized communities can freely access the Museum's wealth of resources. By attending Sip & Support, you contribute to MoSAC’s commitment to the community, which includes providing over 500 monthly complimentary admissions to EBT cardholders, scholarships for field trips and workshops, and specialized STEM-based education.

About the event

On July 20th, for one enchanting evening, our Museum will transform into a haven for wine lovers and science aficionados alike. This unique experience melds the worlds of science and enology, offering an immersive journey into the chemistry and culture of wine. There will be a guided exploration of MoSAC, featuring a selection of wineries interspersed among the museum’s engaging and hands-on exhibits. Guests will be treated to live music and captivating interactive talks, all leading up to an exciting live culinary show by the James Beard Lifetime Achievement Awarded Chef Martin Yan, famed for his hit PBS show, Yan Can Cook.
