All orders are processed in the order they arrive, and will be packaged as quickly as we are able.


Shipping reminders

  • All shipments require an adult signature, 21 years of age or older. It’s the law: the courier won’t leave your wine without one.

  • Effective immediately, FedEx has implemented a supplementary step in their Adult Signature Required procedure. For all ASR shipments, the driver will obtain an adult signature and scan the barcode on the back of the recipient's government-issued ID.

  • Couriers and methods vary, optimizing quality control and expediency.

  • Shipping address changes will be accommodated provided the order has not been packed. Address changes submitted after packing will incur a $20 carrier fee per package.

  • Returned or un-deliverable shipments may result in additional shipping charges.

  • A restocking fee of 15% will apply to cancelled orders.

  • All shipping issues must be acknowledged within 30 days of the original ship date for attempted resolution.

  • We recommend shipping to a carrier hub location should you not be readily available to sign for delivery at home. To view carrier hub locations near you click the buttons below. Please contact the carrier hub in advance of your order shipping to ensure they can accept delivery on your behalf.

We ship to the following states: AK, AL*, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA**, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY 

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following states at this time: AR, DE, MS, RI, SD, UT.

*Alabama customers must apply for permission from that state and forward a copy of the permit to Turley Wine Cellars prior to shipping.

**Shipments using a Louisiana shipping address will not be able to purchase the Juvenile Zinfandel. The state of Louisiana has ruled that wineries may only direct-ship wine that is not assigned to a wholesaler.

Sales Tax Rates

Most states require sales tax to be collected and remitted; certain states also require tax to be collected on freight. Both will be calculated automatically when ordering.

Returns & refunds

Our returns and refunds are on a case-by-case basis. All order issues need to be brought to our attention within 30 days of the order’s ship date. All sales are final, product can be returned only if the wine is corked and the bottle is returned for our analysis. We can replace the bottle or refund the order at our discretion.
